Shamans talk about how wearing feathers gives a connection to the spirit. The feather represents the element of air in the Native American way, the lightness of the path and spiritual guidance. I found that when I want to connect with the spirit in the sacred space, I wear feather earrings. So I started making some for myself and then for the women of light around me.
