We are used, in the western world, to lay our hands and let energetic healing flow through the palms. But what if I told you that in Indigenous cultures, mainly Mexican Indians, there is a whole world of healing that is given with the help of blowing light unto the patient. During my studies with the 'Coranderos teachers', I received many medical breaths. About five years ago, I decided to combine the strongest ones, powerful breaths, into one class. which I have been teaching And also initiate teachers to teach it. From my experience in the clinic, the breaths are revealed again and again, as one of the most powerful light therapies I have ever known. Each breath is a frequency of a certain specific type of healing.
Why would we want to give breaths? what they are for?
Power breath
It is a great way during treatment to release toxic energies from the patients' aura and physical body, heavy energies that oppress the feeling. Power Breath relieves pain.
The breath of fire
Breathing fire will be excellent for people who are constantly cold, it will awaken the inner fire -
the fire of passion for life. It is great for depression and sexual coolness, (frigid).
The breath of water
I will use this breath to cool pain and to release heat from the body. Excellent for migraines and pain from burns, bruises and more. When a child gets injured, it is great medicine in the playground.
Breath of Rainbow
I will use the 'Rainbow Breath' when I want to heal and synchronize a chakra that is out of balance. Sometimes we will feel that our field of communication is blocked and we are unable to express our truth.
This is a sign that our throat chakra is not flowing properly.
This breath will open the chakra field. Release the body's chakra channels - powerful medicine full of chi.
The breath of the Creator
This is the holiest Breath of all. It is usually taught as part of a powerful retreat called 'Divine Intervention'. This is the most magical. 'Breath of the Creator' is a strong and powerful boost of light to the fields and channels of the patient's life.
Breath of Emotions
Our emotional body challenges us. 'Breath of emotion' comes to flow a boost of light into the refined bodies and create a movement of releasing stuck emotions.
Breath of Soul Pulling
In times of crisis or trauma the person will release a part of his soul to keep the pain away. The 'Breath of soul pulling' will gather soul particles home into a sense of inner fullness.
Breath of release of lowering thought's patterns
It is an breath that aims to release low thought patterns, mainly unconscious ones that sit as mental structures in the mind that create a sense of purposelessness, worthlessness, low self-image and lower the self-confidence of the person in his life. this breath releases mental structures that support self-destruction.
Breath of compassion

Sometimes a person is full of high internal expectations of himself and so is the magnitude of the disappointments. Blowing the 'Breath of compassion' is excellent when the person's internal system is full of criticism and judgment of himself and this creates disorders. It is a direct connection to the channel of compassion. It fills the internal systems with softness and refines the frequency. Self-compassion is much needed these days.
